Hello, and welcome!

Natalie’s Field Notes is a monthly newsletter from Sparrow & Crow Farm. Each month I share stories from my farm and life.

I hope to serve as a Field Guide for your life’s landscape. In addition to stories I share:

  • Insights to provide waymarks for your journey.

  • Practices to help navigate towards greater balance, meaning, and delight.

  • News of retreats, coaching, and updates on my book.

I intend that each edition inspires you to live more vibrantly, in greater curiosity and wonder.

Whether my stories bring laughter, joy, longing, sorrow, or awe, as you read them, you’ll remember the importance of continuing to shape your own story and to ask others to share theirs with you.
